Using quality yellow-fleshed, red-fleshed, and purple-fleshed sweet potatoes grown from healthy seedling raised by K.K. Orchard, we make these small square and multi-colored sweet potato cubes. They are 100% natural with no food coloring. The nice chewy texture makes it perfect for hot soup or iced products.
